貂蝉的春天Because half a month has passed, I can't remember some of the names of the dishes clearly, and I can't find the names of the dishes in the menu matched by the system. The most impressive thing is the roast duck, which is sliced and served with caviar, which is very special. The Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is okay~ There are so many people that we don't have a portion for each person, so we ordered three portions to taste~ The lamb chops are also delicious
The hairtail fish whose name I didn't search for is super amazing.. It's super big and very plump! However, you will feel sick if you eat too much.

Environment: Chinese style, small courtyard with bungalows and ancient courtyard Service: Order by scanning the QR code, warm service, basically no need to queue [Dishes] Dishes: Beijing style, almost every dish tastes good, large portions, recommended dishes: must be roast duck, must order if delicious, Huajia cabbage, sweet and sour, fried sausage, the best one I have ever eaten. If you like Beijing style cuisine, this is the right choice
When eating at Huajia Yiyuan, I not only tasted the delicious Huajia cuisine in Yiyuan Courtyard, but also learned how to eat shrimps by following pictures. I mastered certain skills, so that I would keep an eye on the shrimp market wherever I go.
Huajia Yiyuan is a famous courtyard-style restaurant. It was renovated and opened in 1999. The three courtyards with a depth of 100 meters are connected by winding paths. The courtyard is surrounded by exquisite and elegant corridors, which can fully appreciate the characteristics of the old Beijing mansion. The restaurant has 500 seats and more than 20 private rooms of different sizes. Whether it is a banquet, party or a drink, it is an ideal place. The restaurant's unique Huajia cuisine is the result of Mr. Hua Lei's careful summary and creation in his many years of catering career with the purpose of "I have what others don't have, I am better than others, learn from others' strengths and make up for my weaknesses, and establish my own business".
Huajia Yiyuan Siheyuan Headquarters is an old Beijing Siheyuan. It is said that in Beijing, if you have a villa, you are not rich, but if you have a Siheyuan, you are rich. This headquarter is a Siheyuan, decorated in an antique style, just like an ancient royal palace. There are many honorary plaques hanging at the entrance. Walking inside, there is a corridor with photos of visiting leaders or celebrities from various countries hanging on the corridor wall. After passing the front desk, you will see the magnificent Siheyuan. As soon as you enter, you can see live seafood and roasted lamb legs. The lobby is in the middle of the Siheyuan. There are also performances starting at 6 o'clock, which are classical instruments such as guzheng and guqin. There are private rooms around the Siheyuan, and many foreigners can be seen. I ordered the Beijing Eight Pieces, which were placed on a unique shelf. The eight pastries are beautifully shaped and have different flavors. They are delicious and eye-catching. The Four Treasure Vegetables in Soup is served in a large plate, which contains cucumbers, carrots, fungus and other vegetables. The soup has a rich flavor, which is very appetizing and has a very high cost-effectiveness.
Huajia Yiyuan Siheyuan Store, during the epidemic, there were very few people dining in, only about 10%, the quality of the dishes was good, the roast duck was served in about 30 minutes, and the duck rack was made into salt and pepper duck rack for free. The service attitude was good, and many dishes were reduced in price. The waiter didn't have many colleagues at work, so the speed of serving the dishes was a little slow, which was understandable. The dining environment was particularly good, and many celebrities came here to eat.
Huajia Yiyuan has many branches. We chose the Siheyuan main store and ate Beijing Eight Pieces in an authentic Siheyuan. The entrance is very small, and the walls are full of various honors. The store is bright and open, a standard Beijing Siheyuan. We went early and didn't have to queue. When we came out, there were already 2 rows of people sitting at the door. Individual customers sit in the yard, and the private rooms are indoors. The main dish is Beijing cuisine, and roast duck and crayfish are the specialties. Beijing Eight Pieces, Chinese dim sum, the presentation is very delicate, and the taste is OK. If you like, there are also take-out gift boxes. There is also live singing at 6:30.
