There were so many kinds of skewers! The beef and gizzard were thoroughly marinated, and once you threw them into the spicy broth, their fragrant and spicy flavor was fully released. 🌶️ The other half of the hot pot was quite mild, which was perfect for a break. Sitting by the window, watching the evening sky slowly darken, holding a warm skewer in my hand, I felt completely relaxed.

I ate on the second floor of Lishi! The location is incredibly convenient, right inside the mall. The owner's homemade dry dipping sauce is amazing! 😭 The aroma is so intoxicating, everything tastes delicious with it, I'm raving about it! There are also so many kinds of skewers, I was overwhelmed with choices haha.

The owner was really nice; seeing it was our first time there, he even gave us some extra skewers. I've had a lot of grilled meat before, but this honey-glazed dipping sauce is truly amazing—it's absolutely divine with the beef slices. I highly recommend you try this combination when you come!
