It's not far from Dalian Railway Station; I've eaten here twice before. Their lamb skewers are really good. The meat is marinated perfectly, and they're grilled to about 80% done before serving. You can then use a small grill to sear them a little more. I suggest you get more of these, as the other skewers tend to overcook.

The seafood here is indeed very fresh; everything is caught and cooked to order. You absolutely must order their signature "Five Heavenly Kings" – they're incredibly fragrant and crispy when they're fresh out of the pot. I suggest you go early to catch the first wave for the best taste.
