The restaurant of Datong Huamao Hotel is downstairs. I didn&#39;t expect the hotel I stayed in today was so high-end, it is definitely a landmark building in the city. Unfortunately, the special room can only be arranged in the annex building on the 5th floor, which was a false alarm. It is located outside the west gate of the ancient city, which is very convenient for visiting the ancient city.

好多年前在这里住过，价格实惠，不过那时大同城没现在流量这么高。今天朋友请客这里一楼餐厅吃了一个什锦锅，锅荤素搭配食材多样，有白菜，粉丝，丝瓜，鹌鹑蛋，鱿鱼，丸子，虾等。还有两个菜一个豆腐一个圆白菜，整体团购价99元。小料台有免费的小菜（一个凉菜一个咸菜）和小米粥。装修环境还可以，空间不算大，毕竟是一个酒店，不过四楼还有一个宴席厅。吃完打包的时候，服务员大姐服务的很细致很热情，让我感觉很暖心。总之体验感很好。

There were also two other dishes, one tofu and one cabbage, for a group buy price of 99 yuan. The condiment station offered free side dishes (one cold dish and one pickled vegetable) and millet porridge. The decor was pleasant, though not very spacious, considering it&#39;s a hotel, but there&#39;s a banquet hall on the fourth floor. When I took my food to go, the waitress was very attentive and welcoming, which was very heartwarming. Overall, it was a very good experience.

If you come to eat during holidays, remember to get your number in advance, otherwise they won&#39;t give you a number when you arrive. Fenglin Pavilion is a century-old restaurant. I had dinner here when I first came to Datong in 2018. I was very impressed with this restaurant at the time. The restaurant is very grand and has various architectural designs of pavilions and towers in the antique architectural style. In addition to enjoying the taste buds, you can also appreciate the indoor calligraphy and painting art, and the dishes are all local characteristics of Datong.
