This little shop is located near the entrance of the No. 1 Middle School, so it's easy to find. It's not a big place, just a few tables, but it has a quiet and peaceful feel to it. I ordered an iced Americano and sat by the window, watching the students walk by in twos and threes. Time seemed to slow down. It was very comfortable and relaxing.
This liangpi (cold skin noodles) shop is so affordable! Regular liangpi is only 10 yuan, and the special sauce is only 12 yuan. Is the owner not planning to make a profit? 🤣 I have to get a serving of the special sauce every time I pass by, the sauce is amazing! Don't you guys love their liangpi too?
I came to this shop before specifically for their noodles. They are indeed thick and chewy, unlike other places. The chili oil is generously applied, but to be honest, it's not spicy at all; it's mainly fragrant. I suggest you don't be intimidated when you order it; it's all about the texture and the aroma.
