Hearing the name of "Yamei Noodle Shop", many people would think that the proprietress "Yamei" should be a young woman in her twenties or thirties. In fact, this "Yamei" is surnamed Pan and is already 70 years old. The ingredients of Yamei Hainan noodles are very rich, up to more than a dozen, including beef jerky, pork jerky, fried peanuts, fried crisps, bean sprouts, chopped pickled cabbage, minced garlic, chopped sesame, chopped green onions, chopped coriander, as well as soy sauce, secret sauce, etc. The store is not large but clean and tidy. The small store is full of diners who come to eat noodles. Those who come first find an empty seat to sit down, order a bowl of "Hainan noodles" and eat it. After eating, the empty bowl will be taken away immediately, and the table will be cleaned immediately. The later ones will fill it up, one wave after another, and the store is very lively. The seemingly inconspicuous bowl of Haibai soup is very fresh. The marinade strings the whole bowl of Hainan noodles, which is salty, sweet, and sauce-flavored. It tasted very good, so I came here again the next day to eat it.
