It may be related to the dishes I chose. The overall taste is lighter and not as amazing as before. I recommend the suckling pig and barbecued pork. The excess fat of the suckling pig has been removed. It is crispy and not greasy. It is very delicious! The barbecued pork is leaner than the teaching. Although the meat is still tender, the outer layer lacks the previous caramel and sweetness. It feels lighter. There are also lobster balls soaked in fish soup and beef ribs with preserved vegetables. Most of the dishes are light, and the dishes have the aroma of rice. I don’t like the feeling of rice soup sticking to my mouth like paste.
The Wenhua Hall looks brand new, with dark blue as the main color and exquisite Chinese embroidery to add a touch of taste. The newly opened side has more sunlight and a more private side hall. The taste of the food is always up to par, the presentation is very delicate, and there are many special tableware, which feels very good.
This Michelin restaurant is really a bit hidden. The decoration is mainly red Chinese style, which is both classical and festive. The dishes are Cantonese cuisine that I am familiar with, because I have been eating it for decades and never get tired of it. The dim sum is served in bird cages, which is really creative. Roast goose, dim sum, and mango sago are all popular. The production is not sloppy at all, the service is good, it comes as soon as you call, and the prices are also satisfactory.
Although the consumption of the Cultural Department is high. But the quality of food and service is very satisfactory. Recommended️Jade unicorn fish leaping after golden waves. It is a must-order. The award-winning dishes designed by the city's chefs are like landscape paintings, satisfying both the taste buds and the eyes. There is also bottom egg white served with soup and Spanish Iberico pork fillet with barbecued pork.
