[Yeah!] I was visiting Huizhou and was looking for a place to fill my stomach.

My friend had recommended this place a lot, so I gave it a try, and it was a real hit!

🔥As soon as I sat down, I was blown away by the owner&#39;s authentic offerings&mdash;fresh beef and lamb flown in from Northeast China, all freshly skewered! It was visibly fresh, not some frozen, synthetic meat, and it sizzled with oil as it grilled.

Sprinkled with the signature Northeastern dry seasoning, the aroma of the meat hits you head-on&mdash;salty, fragrant, and crispy&mdash;without being dry at all!

You absolutely have to order their two Northeastern specialties!
✔️ Yigejin (Steel Ribs): While it sounds like a staple, it&#39;s actually a perfectly grilled tendon skewer. It&#39;s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, becoming more fragrant with every chew. It has that signature sweet Northeastern barbecue flavor, and it&#39;s not sticky.
