The roast pigeon blends traditional seasonings with modern processing techniques, using traditional braising methods to create a unique flavor. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it's fragrant but not greasy, leaving a lingering aftertaste. 🖼Restaurant Environment: Today's restaurant is located on Longdi Island in Liaocheng's ancient city center, across the lake from the Shuicheng Pearl Grand Theater.
