I went to Yushui Hot Springs for a weekend getaway and chose to have dinner directly at the hotel. Of course, you have to eat fish head when you come to Tianmu Lake. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is close to the guest rooms, and the restaurant environment and service are great. The dishes are all delicious. The fish soup is very fresh, the Kung Pao shrimp balls are authentic, the fried yam with chicken mushrooms is very refreshing, and the vegetable rice is also good. It's a pleasant dining experience.
