I have eaten at many Thai restaurants, and to be fair, the taste here is very authentic! Anantara is really good. I hope the epidemic can be controlled by the end of the year. I am very much looking forward to going to Anantara Maldives for vacation

The Siam Hall Thai Restaurant at Anantara Guiyang Resort is arguably the premier Thai restaurant in Guizhou Province. After all, Anantara Hotels & Resorts radiates the purest Sawadee DNA. The "Thai Delicious Set Menu for Two" includes the Thai chef's signature dishes: "Thai Green Papaya Salad," "Anantara Tom Yum Goong Soup," "Thai Lime Steamed Sea Bass," and "Guizhou French Curry Beef Brisket, Thai Shrimp Paste Stir-fried Vegetables, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, and Thai Green Tea with Milk. The Anantara Tom Yum Goong and Thai Green Tea with Milk are both double portions. The Anantara Tom Yum Goong was truly remarkable. The size of the shrimp surprised me, and they were incredibly springy. The shrimp's freshness was palpable, and the broth had just the right balance of sourness and spiciness. I had a blast! Unfortunately, I don't eat fish, so I missed it. 🐟🐟🐟 The "Traditional Curry Beef Brisket" had a generous portion of brisket and a rich curry broth. It was delicious with rice. 🐂🐂🐂 The "Thai-Style Fried Shrimp Cakes" added to the set menu were a pleasant surprise. They came with two dipping sauces, but the shrimp cakes were delicious even without them. 😋 😋😋 The restaurant also offers chef-designed Chinese and Western dishes like Hainanese Chicken Rice and Durian Pizza. Last time I took my 10-year-old daughter to Guiyang, we stumbled upon a treasure! We stumbled upon the Anantara Guiyang Resort and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, making transportation very convenient. We stayed in a twin room, which was incredibly spacious and bright, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It even had a large bathtub, which my daughter loved soaking in. The hotel's culinary offerings also delighted us. We had a buffet with a wide selection, including seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Besides the buffet, the hotel also offers Chinese and Thai restaurants, offering authentic Guizhou and Thai cuisine. Just thinking about it makes me salivate. The hotel also offers a wide variety of activities. After visiting the attractions during the day, my daughter participated in the hotel's craft activities, such as batik and Song Dynasty tea-making. She was incredibly enthusiastic and brought home quite a few of her own creations. 😜 While she was working on her crafts, I went to the gym for a workout. The equipment is well-equipped and the workout was very comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is simply amazing, and the golden ginkgo trees are truly stunning. Opening the window in the morning, I breathe in the fresh air and hear the birds chirping, instantly lifting my spirits. 🥰 Guiyang itself is a city rich in cultural heritage, with attractions like Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyan Ancient Town both worth visiting. The atmosphere will be especially wonderful during National Day holiday, and I'm planning to bring my parents along as a family of three to fully enjoy the holiday.
