Lingling8828I stayed in Nankunshan for one night during the May Day holiday, which included a buffet dinner. There were a lot of people and long queues for all the delicious food. I mainly ate seafood, fruits and desserts. The seafood was relatively fresh, and the most amazing thing was the dessert, which was really the most delicious I have ever eaten in a tourist hotel!

The decoration is very luxurious, the variety is rich, and the price is a bit expensive!
The taste here is unique, the environment is good, and the waiters are friendly.
After the hot springs, we were really hungry, and Hakka cuisine is a good dish to eat with rice. We had a sumptuous meal at the hot spring resort: dragon bones stewed with king lily, steamed mountain fish with winter vegetables, shallot-dried bearded chicken, stir-fried preserved meat with kale, braised pork with lotus root, eggplant with minced farm meat, braised beef with radish, steamed spareribs with pumpkin, seasonal vegetables in soup, and pan-fried Hakka mugwort cakes... Almost all of them were local Hakka specialties. In addition to the comfortable hot springs here, the dishes at Nankunshanju Chinese Restaurant are also of first-class standard.
