The soup is sweet, meaning it's unsalted; you need to adjust the seasoning to your liking. The noodles rinsed in cold water are perfect for summer. Topped with cucumber shreds, carrot shreds, sesame salt, and incredibly fragrant. 9️⃣ Xiao Qi Gui Stew (Old City, Yiyong Street) An unassuming hidden gem. Paired with their hot-drying dumplings, it's a guaranteed hit! 10 Shi Li Xiang (Old City, Yiyong Street) A small, unassuming shop. Iced jelly and mutton flatbread are must-orders every time.
