Outside the security check, I went to Hong Kong Maxim's fast food restaurant. I ordered tomato pork chop rice. The tomatoes were a bit sour, and there was not much braised meat on the braised pork rice. The taste was average. Mainly for an airport, the price/performance ratio was acceptable.
