I also had the so-called authentic rice noodles, 38 yuan, and my husband had the ordinary rice noodles for 22 yuan. His was better, and you could choose 10 ingredients yourself, while mine had more, but many of them were not what I liked. Personally, I recommend the 22 yuan one.

I ate Huoshaofangzi yesterday, and came to Xinqiaoyuan to try it today. The store recommended that the 38 yuan or more ones are the authentic cross-bridge rice noodles, so I ordered the 38 yuan one. There were more than a dozen dishes of ingredients served, and they were put into the soup one by one. It tasted good.
