🔥I was craving Chen Ji&#39;s sauerkraut and beef hotpot! I invited my girlfriends to check it out, and it didn&#39;t disappoint!

We ordered their shaved-down hotpot, and it was absolutely amazing!

On one side was the sour and spicy hotpot base, so tart and fragrant it made your mouth water. The broth bubbling away, just the smell was enough to make you crave it.

On the other side was the sauerkraut. Each side had its own unique characteristics, perfect for every taste!

The fresh beef is incredibly delicious! The freshly cut beef had incredibly crisp textures, and it looked incredibly fresh. It was ready to eat in seconds, tender and chewy. Dipping it in your own dipping sauce was incredibly satisfying!

I ordered the Tianma Chicken Hot Pot, which was delicious. First, I drank the broth, then the meat. You can simmer some food there. Later, I ordered some unusual items from the north, such as bait, water chestnuts, and fragrant tofu. They were all pretty good. The side dishes are self-service. In keeping with the principle of immersing yourself in the local scene, I went to almost every non-influenced restaurant I visited during my two days in Mile. Recommended for anyone visiting this hidden gem of a city.

👉🏻 Braised Chicken Rice Noodles:
Neither of these restaurants are internet-famous, but both are delicious.
1️⃣ Zhang Yuanli Braised Chicken Rice Noodle Rolls
📍Near Huquan Ecological Park
Recommended by the B&amp;B owner. A small portion for 7 yuan. The chicken is very chewy and flavorful, and the rice noodles are also very chewy. I generously added some sauerkraut, chili peppers, and chives to the seasoning, and it was truly delicious!
2️⃣ Huang Ming Braised Chicken and Crispy Pork Rice Noodles

2️⃣ Li Hongying Spicy Braised Chicken Feet
I bought one of each of the six flavors: mild, spicy, garlic, sweet and sour, lemon, and Sichuan peppercorn. I highly recommend the garlic flavor, which is incredibly flavorful and tender! The spicy flavor is incredibly spicy 🥵, with a strong aftertaste.
3️⃣ Tea Gift
Mitre offers a variety of local Chinese milk teas, fruit teas, and coffee. I tried the new &quot;Qiaoxia Bati&quot; (Bati) with really rich ingredients. One sip was packed with guava and grape pulp! I recommend the lightly iced, slightly sugary version. Before leaving, I also bought a cup of &quot;Mantingfang&quot; with less ice and no sugar, which was also very good! It has a white mint and jasmine tea base, a very refreshing flavor.
