The name is quite special. The chimneys on the tables are just like traditional Korean barbecue restaurants. Basically, the restaurant is almost full during meal time and the business is quite good. Perhaps it is just like the name of pan-fried pork. No oil is used for barbecue, and the meat is placed directly. On a copper pan, pour the sauce and bake. So it&#39;s not greasy, and it tastes a bit like shabu-shabu. You can try their specialties of beef and octopus. Overall, the taste is quite fresh and refreshing, worth a try!

名字挺特别的哈，桌子上的烟囱就和传统韩式烤肉店一样，基本上用餐时间差不多人满了生意还挺好的，或许是正如其名水煎肉一样，烤肉不用油，直接把肉放在铜锅上，再浇上酱汁烤。所以不会油腻，吃起来有些像涮锅得感觉，可以试试他们家的特色是牛肉和章鱼，总体来说味道挺新鲜清爽的，值得一嚐！

It is directly mixed with soy sauce and spicy ingredients and is very popular. The sauce for the barbecue is prepared by the store itself. The lettuce is wrapped with barbecue and then paired with the sauce. It is delicious. In particular, the cold noodles in this store taste very good, with moderate sweetness and sourness, and are very authentic.

We arrived at 11:00 AM on a weekend, and the place wasn&#39;t empty yet. By 11:30, it was suddenly full and we had to wait for a table...

By the time we finished eating and left, there was already a long line outside...

The soup base accounts for 70% of the quality of Chongqing hot pot. Their soup base is rich and flavorful. And it&#39;s not made with broth, but with their signature Lao Yin tea. The combination of fresh duck blood and Lao Yin tea instantly brings the soup base to life.

This beef is incredibly slicable, and the texture is truly excellent.

Also! Speaking of photogenic, I have to mention their platters. The vegetable and mushroom platters are absolutely stunning. Their atmosphere is also beautiful in every shot. The original photos are straight out of the box 😆. With the word &quot;Chongqing&quot; as the background, I just kept snapping away (Figure 11).

Chongqing hotpot is a must with tripe or thousand-layer tripe. I originally planned to finish with a deluxe rice bowl with thousand-layer tripe and fried rice. But by the end, I was practically leaning against the wall and couldn&#39;t eat any of the main course.

For dessert, I highly recommend the Waterfall Snow Mountain Ice. It&#39;s a great way to beat the spiciness!!! The Ice Flower Double Heaven is so refreshing!!! Of course, if you don&#39;t want to go all out, there are plenty of free desserts, such as ice jelly and small glutinous rice balls. There&#39;s a wide selection of dishes, and the prices are reasonable, around 70-100 yuan per person. They&#39;ve just opened and have promotions, so it&#39;s a great deal! Aside from the wait and the lack of soybean powder in the red sugar ziba, which I like, everything else about Zun Du is perfect. No wonder it&#39;s been on the top of local hotpot must-try lists for several days. It&#39;s worth it!
