Although the dishes are classic dishes of old Shaoxing, they have been obviously improved and have the taste of Huaiyang cuisine.

The first three hotels are in Nanjing, which are old shops opened for decades. The earliest one was in Shanghai, and now there are three or four branches. I went to check it out, and it is really as famous as it is said to be. The dishes there are very spicy and the stinky tofu is also delicious.

Xianheng Hotel is the most famous century-old restaurant in Shaoxing, a wine country. It was founded in the Jiawu year of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. Mr. Lu Xun's novel "Kong Yiji" made Xianheng Hotel famous at home and abroad. The image of Kong Yiji slapping the big coins on the table is vivid. There is also a chain of Xianheng Hotel in Nanjing, with a superior location, good taste, and exquisite storefront, which feels very good.

I originally planned to have dinner at Qinhuai Renjia. After crossing the bridge, I first saw Wuyi Lane and then Xianheng Hotel. I was very excited. Kong Yiji and Fennel Beans immediately came to my mind. Without any hesitation, I decided to have dinner here instead. In order to taste more varieties and not waste food, I ordered a platter of dishes. Although there is no elevator and it is difficult to go upstairs, the night view of Qinhuai River is outside the window on the second floor. It is really the right choice to enjoy the view while eating.

Apart from that, there are no thunder points, and the service is also attentive and thoughtful, it is worth a visit. △Zaozui Four Flavors The taste is warm and the wine is rich. The shrimp is fresh and crispy, the octopus is refreshing and chewy, fresh and sweet, and it is very suitable for drinking. △Xianheng Four Flavors The candied dates are very sweet, the dried tofu is also good, and the peanuts are also very fragrant. The most amazing thing is the fennel beans! The decoration of the restaurant is simple and elegant. There is a window seat on the second floor where you can see the Qinhuai River. The location is very good. The dishes are good. I don't know if it is the authentic Shaoxing flavor, but the taste is really good.
