Hua Ji Snacks in Prat Lane is reasonably priced. It is a good Cantonese snack shop. There are many kinds of dishes and snacks in this shop. There are beef balls, fish balls, beef tendon and brisket in clear soup, etc. Desserts such as the delicious mango sago have a delicate taste, and there are small grapefruit seeds in it, which adds a delicious taste.
☘️First working lunch after returning to work. ☘️"Beef tendon and brisket pot": half tendon and half meat, mellow taste, tough and smooth. ☘️"Dry fried beef noodles": The rice noodles have a burnt texture, which is more salty and fragrant with the addition of large pieces of beef. ☘️"Sand-reverse salted egg yolk": The taste is strange, the outer layer of sand is too sweet, and it is already cold, so I don't like it very much. ☘️"Fried taro barley": The outer layer is crispy, the burnt fragrance is suddenly released, and it is sticky and glutinous. ☘️"Fish balls": compact and chewy, no fishy smell, with shacha sauce, the taste is really amazing. ☘️"Fried siu mai": The taste is firm and very filling. ☘️The taste is great, the service is good, and the price is a bit expensive.
This recently opened restaurant specializes in Hong Kong-style cuisine. Unlike typical Hong Kong tea restaurants, it features a semi-open kitchen and decor reminiscent of classic Hong Kong dramas. Their signature dish is the braised cowboy, perfectly tender, and the fried large intestine, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect for those with a healthy appetite. The curry fish balls are also quite good. Overall, it's a decent meal, so don't queue up.
This place has been popping up on my homepage lately; it's incredibly popular. I arrived at 5 p.m. and was seated without a waiter. Ten minutes later, I had to get a number... Check the paper menu! The food came out super fast, and everyone ate quickly, so the tables were turned over quickly too! [laughing/crying] The clear broth beef brisket was a small portion, but the portion was impressive. It was tender, crispy, fragrant, and not at all sticky. Two of us couldn't finish it, so we ended up taking some home. The place has plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is very Hong Kong-style. Despite the crowds, the staff are well-trained and it wasn't chaotic at all. The restroom is outside, which is a bit inconvenient!
