🌟Must-Try: Sea Urchin Pasta | French Baked Whelks | Duck Confit
I absolutely rave about this "Sea Urchin Pasta"!! Handmade wide noodles coated in golden sea urchin sauce, topped with large chunks of fresh sea urchin—the sweet, creamy flavor is absolutely divine! Paired with the restaurant's homemade sourdough bread for dipping, finishing the whole plate is the least you can do to respect it 😭
The confit duck leg has a crispy, translucent skin like cellophane; the meat easily separates from the bone with a gentle cut of knife and fork! The duck meat fibers are bursting with juice, and the accompanying mushrooms and mashed potatoes are absolutely amazing—even my friends who don't like duck were completely won over!
Remember to order a glass of natural wine in the evening 🥂. The wine list features only rare gems from renowned wineries, and the sommelier will recommend perfect pairings based on your meal. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the street, watching the swaying shadows of the plane trees, the ambiance is simply divine! 💯
👉Tips:
• For dinner, it's recommended to book a window seat 3 days in advance.
• The lunch set menu offers excellent value (includes appetizer, main course, and dessert).
• Hidden tip: Dip sourdough bread in the sauce left over from the plate.

Checking in at the Michelin-starred Western restaurant CTT on Donghu Road is a delightful experience for both your taste buds and your body. We ordered the recently launched Yunnan Porcini Mushroom Set 🍄🟫 The fresh, plump porcini mushrooms were crispy, tender, and fragrant, bursting with natural flavor. 🍕The pizza combines porcini mushrooms, beef tartare, and Parmesan cheese. The tenderness of the fresh beef, with a hint of sweetness, is palatable. The cheese aroma permeates, and the crust is crispy and chewy. 🍝The fettuccine is topped with porcini mushrooms and green parsley foam. The fresh aroma of the mushrooms permeates your mouth. 🥩The beef is Uruguayan M9 flank steak, paired with porcini mushrooms and gratin potatoes. The meat is tender and rich, and the porcini mushrooms are crispy and tender. 🍨Even the ice cream has porcini mushrooms—so unique and amazing! A variety of cooking techniques perfectly capture the porcini's freshness, fragrance, tenderness, and crispness. 🍽️The service was meticulous and attentive. The plates were changed before each dish, and they were always warm. Such attention to detail. The waiter also patiently asked for our feedback on the dishes, and their attitude was warm and welcoming. 🪴The restaurant's outdoor garden ambiance is also wonderful, perfect for dining and enjoying the view and wine.🍷 Cellar To Table·CTT (Donghu Road Branch) It felt so cozy. This foodie adventure was truly satisfying.

There is a quiet courtyard bistro hidden in the middle of Donghu Road. It is a private restaurant that I have visited several times. Every time I go there, I can meet many foreigners... I prefer the atmosphere in summer and autumn. You can sit in the courtyard and drink wine and enjoy the evening breeze. But when I went there a few days ago, I found that there was an additional "starry sky room", which is quite interesting and really suitable for romance. (Mainly, sitting inside can enjoy the outdoor romance without being cold...) But to be honest, the environment is not their specialty, but the "food" is. I recommend the Spanish red pepper, which contains crab meat and potatoes? Their pigeon is a bit special, and it tastes different from Chinese squab, and it has a bit of gamey taste. Others like duck legs, snails, pork pie, sardines... It is also eye-opening to eat with foreigners. For the staple food, I have to mention the iron pot stewed rice. You know that the name "iron pot stew" makes my heart tremble in the Northeast? It uses sushi rice, which is really cool. The foie gras with garlic slices is fragrant, and there is also rice crust at the bottom? What a nice clay pot rice plus... Shop name: Cella To Table! #美食旬味会 #浪漫约会餐厅
As night falls, Shanghai takes on a new look, especially around Donghu Road, where exquisite restaurants abound, making it a favorite haunt for Shanghai's fashionable crowd. The three major restaurants on Donghu Road are well-known, and today we visited CTT, a French-inspired restaurant reputedly Shanghai's only Michelin-starred bistro. Arriving at the restaurant, we were met with a truly captivating atmosphere, the twinkling lights adding a touch of romance. There were many international patrons, and even the wait staff were foreigners. |Steamed Cuttlefish in Squid Ink^ This side dish, recommended by many diners, may not look impressive, but it's truly amazing! [Surprise][Surprise] The fresh cuttlefish is incredibly chewy, delicious, and full of marine flavor. |Cast Iron Pot Rice^ This signature rice dish is a must-have for a main course, served in a cast iron pot, creating a truly ceremonial experience. The rich foie gras paired with fragrant garlic slices and soft, glutinous Japanese Echizen rice is so filling you can't put it down without two bowls. [Happy][Happy] |Red Wine^ It's said they have a dazzling collection of over a thousand wines. Ask the waiter for recommendations. We paired it with a red wine from the Ornellaia Estate winery in Tuscany, Italy. It's rich and lingering, and paired with a delicious meal, it's the perfect place for a romantic date. If you're looking for a quaint restaurant and bistro in Shanghai, CTT is the place to go. #FoodFlavor #RomanticDateRestaurant #MichelinRestaurant #ViewRestaurant #Michelin
