I used to go to Daikichi all the time. I've been interested in Daikichi Kappo for a while. I went there at noon. It seems that there is only set meal. No oden or miso beef offal... Then I chose raw egg rice and fried beef patties. I also added a chicken roll and a Saikyo butterfly fish. I like the texture of the raw egg rice and the fish, seaweed and side dishes. The fried beef patties taste really good. I don't like fried food, but I think it's good. Saikyo butterfly fish seems to be made with cod. The meat is good. The chicken roll is okay. The mushrooms are a bit salty. Overall it's okay.

There are many restaurants on Jinxian Road. I picked one for lunch. It's a small place. The set meal comes with a salad and a small side dish. The portion is quite generous. The flatfish was grilled to a crispy skin and tender meat. The rice was a bit hard, and the miso soup was average. Be aware that the signal inside the restaurant is not good. If you want to pay by mobile phone, I recommend walking to the main door. The lunch price is very good in Shanghai.

The salt-grilled texture brings out the original flavor of the ingredients. It was truly delicious. ⭐️Beef rib skewers: I loved them. The black pepper sauce was rich and flavorful, and the ribs were a perfect balance of fat and lean. The bell peppers were delicious and not greasy. Chicken skin: One skewer was perfect; any more would be too oily. ⭐️Chicken heart side: I've always had chicken hearts, but this was my first time having them. I was completely surprised and would call it the best of the place! It was a little chewier than the chicken hearts and less fishy. It's a new option for yakitori in the future. Crispy on the outside, the minced beef inside is soft and juicy, like hamburger patties, and very fragrant without being overly greasy.
