There is no set menu, so we order a la carte; mainly local dishes, smoked fish, fried shrimp, chicken head rice... are all must-order dishes; smoked fish made on site, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very fresh; fried shrimp, using sea shrimp, I was told not to use river shrimp, sea shrimp, the size will be larger & the taste is similar, but after trying it, the taste is quite different, so I still have to use river shrimp; chicken head rice is a fresh product, with green beans, the color and taste are excellent; boiled dried shreds, fresh and sweet; three dim sum, standard.

Food, service and ambiance is excellent in this restaurant. we ordered the common Shanghainese dishes. al came in a timely manner and wellpresented. our server was courteous and efficient.

This restaurant is quite good, with a good environment. It is located in an old building from the Republic of China period, and the style of the Republic of China is reflected everywhere. It serves Shanghai local cuisine, and the dishes are very good. The service is also very good.

Hidden in a pure white western-style building, it is particularly romantic at night. (But there are small bugs and mosquitoes at night, and the restaurant will provide mosquito coils, mixed with the smell of the old house, it feels like time travel.) There are various lists of certifications hanging on the facade, which should be regarded as various guarantees of the taste of the products, and the products are indeed worthy of these signs. The cold dishes are excellent. The drunken chicken has a strong wine flavor, but it is not too eye-catching when eaten in the mouth. The chicken tastes just right, not tough or moldy. The smoked fish is dry and the sweetness is very restrained. The sauces of braised pork and eel shreds are well-seasoned, thick and sticky but layered, even people with light tastes on weekdays will eat more. The wine lees shad is expensive but worth it. The fish meat is soft and rotten and absorbs the wine flavor. It is full of fragrance in the mouth. There are so many fish bones that it is like a hedgehog, so you have to eat it.

Probably the cheapest one in the "Fu" series, located in the alley of Yuyuan Road, with the car parked at the door. My husband's ordering level was abnormal that day, and he felt that the taste of the dishes was repetitive, not like his level. The signature dish is smoked fish, but it is still the herring that I don't like. The taste is the standard sweet home-style taste cooked by my mom and grandma. Many people should like it, but unfortunately I don't like it since I was a child. The crispy eel is fried very crispy, but it is just a cold dish. The braised pork is really delicious, and the quality of the pork belly is also good. Later I packed it up. The braised catfish is very tender and tasty, and it should be eaten while hot. The fried shrimp is also sweet and crispy, the standard local flavor, the peas are good, but a little over-fried. The last two dim sum spring rolls are standard, but the osmanthus cake is really terrible. It is really the worst osmanthus cake I have ever eaten. Maybe it was seasoned with milk powder, it was too sweet and had that cheap milky smell that made people sick, there was not even a hint of sweet-scented osmanthus, and it was hot, not cold. However, the service here was quite good and considerate, but it seemed that there was no dish that made people worry.
