AntevasineThe taste is very good, the soup is delicious and the quantity is large. One bowl of noodles is not enough, but fortunately there is free refill, so I ordered another half bowl of noodles. The store is clean, the business is good but there are many seats, and the service is also quite thoughtful. I will come again next time

Some time ago, I heard from a friend that Fuhe Noodle House is good. I happened to be strolling nearby, so I wanted to try it. The address of the noodle house is quite difficult to find, especially at night. It is in a narrow street. Although the restaurant address is marked as No. 15 Kunshan Garden Road, the road sign at the intersection is Baiguan Street, and the storefront is not very big and not very dazzling, so it is easy to pass by. The whole noodle house is not big and very narrow, like an aisle. There is a mini world with an atmosphere outside the door, but the lights are not turned on at night. I ordered a single set meal of pork liver and kidney mixed noodles. When the noodles were served, the first visual was thick oil and red sauce. After taking a bite, it was also thick oil and red sauce. The amount of pork liver, kidney, and noodles was sufficient and tasty. The seaweed soup was self-service, and the appetizer was pickled radish, which was delicious. I also heard the guests at the next table asking for another plate of pickled radish, haha! But the seasonal vegetables were not very good, just chicken feather vegetables, and they were bland. Did the boss consider that the noodles were already very salty, so the vegetables should be lighter? In short, it felt good for the first try.
I worked and studied alone in Shanghai for more than two months. Fortunately, there are countless noodle restaurants in Shanghai that I can patronize. Otherwise, it would be a bit troublesome to eat alone, especially for a socially anxious person like me. There are five noodle restaurants on the list of must-eats in Shanghai, and this one is one of the best among the many noodle restaurants I have eaten.
Fuhe Noodle House used to be located on Emei Road. The shop was small and was placed in the alley because the counter could not fit. You could see the kitchen frying food while you ate. It was very down-to-earth, with thick and gluteny texture. It was delicious. It moved to Kunshan Huayuan Road and it was also good. Now there are so many branches, and the taste is not as good as before.
During the May Day holiday, my husband and I stayed at the Maoyue for two nights. We had a great time sleeping in and waking up to eat! We came to Fuhe Noodle House because of its reputation, and we were not disappointed! Now this noodle house has moved to the vicinity of Tiantong Road subway station~
