After booking online, our dedicated guest service manager, Elaine, thoughtfully called to inquire about my preferences and explain all the services. She even had fruit in the room in advance, and parking was convenient. At the front desk, we were greeted by complimentary tea and fruit biscuits. The staff were all very welcoming. The room was well-equipped, including coffee and drinks, which was a delightful touch. Upon arrival, I was delighted. It's a tasteful hotel with a warm, cozy atmosphere that gave me a very comfortable feeling. The hotel slippers were the most comfortable hotel slippers I've ever used, bar none! The vegetarian breakfast was well-balanced and plentiful. The hotel staff was also very professional, and their proactive service was evident. The front desk was thorough and attentive during check-in, and Elaine, the front desk representative, was especially helpful and considerate. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Meihao Lizhi Hotel. Each stay is different, and the hotel has a lot of variety. Drinking water is free in the room, and the amenities are very comprehensive. The self-service laundry, ironing machine, and robot delivery service are very convenient! It was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean and hygienic. Elaine, the housekeeper, was extremely attentive and welcoming. The environment was also very nice, and the location was easy to find.
