I called ahead to reserve a table, and the receptionist was not only warm and attentive, but also extended our dining time. Their thoughtful service was truly thoughtful. Entering the restaurant, the overall atmosphere was elegant and relaxed, creating a pleasant and comfortable dining environment. Each dish offered a unique and delightful surprise. The Olive Oil and Garlic Shrimp were firm and tender, and the garlic flavor was perfectly seasoned, not overpowering, leaving a lasting impression. The Pork Knuckle and Red Sour Papaya Soup stood out with its refreshing sour flavor, and the rich, appetizing broth was so filling that I couldn't resist sipping multiple bowls. The Yellow Fat Beef with Pickled Radish was stewed until tender and melt-in-your-mouth, blending seamlessly with the sauce to create a rich, layered flavor.
