Spring Restaurant Week lunch Located on the 1st floor of Banyan Tree. There is no direct subway nearby, but there are buses. It takes about 5 minutes to walk after getting off the bus. I called in advance and was told that I could make reservations directly by phone without using the Restaurant Week website. When I arrived at the restaurant, the receptionist said that it was not possible and that I had to make reservations in advance. . I had to make a new reservation on the spot. Fortunately, there were still vacancies, otherwise it would be fun. An additional service charge is required for the dishes. But there was no service at all. Even a glass of water was served after asking twice. It took a long time to wait for the meal. The lunch dishes of Restaurant Week are quite rich. The bread for the appetizer is very large and has good toughness. It is served with oil, vinegar and butter. The butter is delicious, the bread is freshly baked, and the crust is very crispy. As for the soup, the puff pastry of the seafood soup is very good, the seafood soup tastes average, and the cream of mushroom soup tastes average, but my friend likes it very much. The octopus appetizer was very refreshing with cucumber vines, garlic and sweet and sour sauce. The main dish of lasagna was good, with the texture of mashed potatoes, asparagus and cherry tomatoes. The seafood fettuccine was probably cooked for too long and the taste was not very good, a little too soft. The beef was not bad, the meat was tender and juicy, and two people shared it to taste the taste. The price of 68 yuan was also ok. The last dessert was two different ice creams. One was slightly sweet and the other was a refreshing sorbet. The sorbet cone was crisp and tasted quite fragrant. The environment was not as good as expected, the light was a little dim, and the outdoor area was surrounded by water on three sides. If it was a sunny day, it would be better to sit in the outdoor area. The service attitude was average and it was difficult to call.

Because of restaurant week, I brought my friends here to check it out. The five-star hotel has a comfortable environment, first-class service, and exquisite dishes. The portions are not large, and the taste is not particularly good but okay. The heavy cheese cake is good. You can come and have a seat if you are free.

The Banyan Tree brand has always been on the low-key luxury route. The design creates a quiet atmosphere in a bustling city. This western restaurant on the first floor does not have many seats. But there should be seats on weekdays. It is best to make a reservation. The environment feels very thorough. The large floor-to-ceiling windows give you a panoramic view of the courtyard outside. It is raining today, but it is even more peaceful and hazy. There are three lazy cats in the courtyard outside, which adds to the fun. It is a wonderful sensory and taste experience.
