Generally, when you go to eat, you always have to look around first and then pick the key points, and finally sweep it carefully like a carpet, and you can't miss it haha~ But this time is slightly different. This time I went for its "Malaysian Food Week". There are still two days left, and the event will end on the 16th~ Fortunately, I caught up. This time, the chef Saberansa Bilin from Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort Hotel was in charge of the cooking~ The chef's smile is so cute, haha! The varieties of cold dishes, hot dishes, seafood, and desserts are all the same. Let's focus on this Malay dish. After entering the door, there is a whole stall on the right side, all of which are Malay delicacies cooked by Malay chefs, including satay beef salad, pineapple salad, fish salad, Thai eggplant, coconut milk curry, curry shrimp, curry crab, curry vegetable, curry beef, curry potato chicken, Malay fish cubes, satay beef, Momo dregs... and Mala cake~ There are so many delicious things, and the satay beef is so delicious that you can't stop eating~ In the end, I really couldn't go through all the stalls and couldn't eat anymore. I never thought that the brunch at @Shanghai Pudong Shangri-La Hotel would be so bold, combining such a noble #Nandama# with the extremely popular Yi Coffee.
