泡泡龙他爸I remember the first time I went to Yongfu Xiaoxian in IAPM Shopping Center, I didn’t feel very good, mainly because there were not enough staff during the Spring Festival and the seafood was not fresh enough. In the first half of this year, my friend invited me to the "Zhoushan" private room on the left side of the entrance, and the impression was improved a lot. This time, my friend’s family invited me to a small gathering. Only then did I know that the narrow passage leading to the restaurant hall was lined with private rooms on both sides. Seven people were eating, and the private room was naturally very comfortable. This time I tasted the braised rice fish specially recommended by my friend. It was indeed rich in meat and delicious. It was also the first time I ate Mapo tofu and boiled water. It turned out that each restaurant had a new way of Mapo tofu. Here there is such a method. The white-edged big pomfret was also very well made, but the price was a little more expensive than going to Zhoushan and Xiangshan. And this time, the ancient tree aged Pu'er tea was deep in color, and it didn’t feel bland even after brewing six or seven pots. It’s just that good things are really not cheap. Thank you very much for my friend’s invitation twice. I feel that this Yongfu Xiaoxian is still worth visiting again when there is a chance.

It turns out that this place is run by Morton Seafood. I had a meal here when Yongfu Xiaoxian opened a few years ago. I remember it was a holiday, New Year's Day or Spring Festival at noon. There were many customers, few waiters, and one seafood dish was not fresh enough, so I never came again. This time, an old friend invited us to have a gathering here. We were in the first private room at the door. There were only six people, so the private room seemed quite spacious. The service quality was good, and no one came to drive people away until nearly three o'clock. My friend chose lighter dishes, which are suitable for people of our age. Young people may not be full. The golden hairtail was very disappointing, small and not good in appearance. Stir-fried clams are the most popular. It seems that good clams are not common in Shanghai restaurants now. Although the other dishes are not amazing, they are also quite satisfactory. The handmade Ningbo glutinous rice balls are particularly sweet. The price is OK, the price-performance ratio is slightly worse, there is a 10% service charge, it seems that I can come once or twice occasionally
I wanted to eat at this restaurant before the lockdown, but I didn't get to eat there until the end of July. I missed the 18 cuts I had been thinking about (there were no crabs during the fishing ban period), so now I can only order hairy crabs. "Yongfu Fish Cakes" Their fish cakes are really delicious, with great texture and taste. "Aged Huadiao Hairy Crabs" taste sweet, with a bit of Suzhou tofu sauce, and the wine taste is not obvious. I like it very much, but my friend said it was too sweet and not delicious. The crabs are really small and cut very small. A large portion of 6 is 278, and a small portion of 4 is 198. The three of us ordered a large portion and still felt it was not enough. "Home-cooked Seafood Three Fresh" This dish is quite disappointing, far less delicious than other restaurants. It is not fresh and has a fishy smell. "Salt-baked Razor Clams" The quantity is not large, the clams are not small, and the meat is quite plump, which is not bad. "Octopus" The octopus is quite chewy, the sauce is average, and it is far less delicious than the small octopus at Xinrongji. The taste is okay, and the portion is not large.
Older people really love Ningbo cuisine. There's always a line at this place, but if you arrive before 11:30 AM, you'll be seated straight away. The service is perfectly attentive and friendly, without being overly enthusiastic. It's very comfortable. The "Signature Eighteen Cuts" is the ultimate in flavor. Its freshness is palpable, soft, fragrant, and generous. The "Homemade Horsehead Fish" was my first time eating horsehead fish. The fish was incredibly tender and delicate, and the rice cake inside was incredibly flavorful. The "Handmade Ningbo Tangyuan" is handmade with water-ground flour. Just a gentle bite reveals the juicy black sand. I could probably eat three of these [laughing/crying]. The tangyuan and taro soup in the set meal each serve two people. There were four of us, and the restaurant generously gave us four servings. ♥️ I'll definitely be choosing this place when I'm hosting friends!
This place has suddenly become popular, specializing in Ningbo seafood, and it's not cheap per person. The ambiance is impeccable, and reservations are often sold out even two weeks in advance during holidays. After careful selection, we finally found a table in the lobby and arrived quickly. The dishes are exquisite, with a perfect balance of flavors. We loved them all. They're all our favorites.
First, the visual environment is very clean and simple. Secondly, the service is warm, attentive, and friendly, so the user experience is positive right from the start. Let's talk about the dishes. The signature "Eighteen Cuts" dish is a Huadiao-style cooked and drunken crab for 208 yuan. Although it's cooked and drunken crab, it looks and tastes raw...very fresh, and the flavor is quite good. Roasted yellow beef for 68 yuan, it tastes a bit like Suzhou-style dried tofu, but I wasn't particularly fond of it. Braised soybean noodles with sand garlic for 198 yuan—a must-try for noodle lovers, it's delicious. Traditional Chinese cabbage for 42 yuan, taro soup for 28 yuan, and handmade Ningbo glutinous rice balls—all three dishes are fragrant with lard, and I really enjoyed them. Yongfu fish cakes for 48 yuan, vegetarian duck with black truffle for 48 yuan, and handmade yellow croaker spring rolls for 78 yuan are also quite good. Overall, they're all quite good and worth trying.
