开心就好灬It is a popular Sichuan restaurant in Shanghai. It is spicy, the environment is good, and the price is not cheap. The most recommended is the ecological fish. Although it is expensive, it is indeed well made. The cross-legged beef is average and there is a gap with the local Leshan. The mouth-watering chicken is above average. Overall, it is still a relatively petite Sichuan restaurant. The taste is okay, but the price is a bit expensive.

I got together with my bestie this weekend and both of us were craving Sichuan cuisine. It's a great way to satisfy your cravings and beat the heat from the summer heat. We ended up at Tianla Sichuan Restaurant in Lalaport, Jinqiao. This place has been on my wishlist for a while now, and today I finally had the chance to check it out! 👯♀️ U1S1, this place is so elegant! From the outside, you wouldn't even know it's a Sichuan restaurant. The neo-Chinese decor is stunning, especially the giant koi fish in the center, which is bursting with artistic flair and perfect for photos! 📸 🐟Boiled Three Gorges Ecological Fish🐟 A must-try for spicy food lovers! The fish is flown in from the Three Gorges that day and cooked fresh. It takes three years for the fish to mature from fry to adult. The flesh is firm and plump, with no earthy smell at all. It's so tender and tender that it breaks apart easily with chopsticks. The spiciness is manageable, and the staff will remove the chili peppers before eating for easier eating. You can also ask for a piece of bread. Soak up the excess chili oil~ 🍲Qiao Jiao San Bao🍲 Drenched in a fragrant, hot beef bone broth and garnished with a handful of cilantro, the Qiao Jiao San Bao becomes even more delicious with each sip. The pot is generously packed with ingredients, with large slices of tender beef and crispy tripe and pig throat. Dip it in our signature dried chili sauce, and the spicy, fresh, and fragrant aroma 👍 bursts through your nose and reaches your head, making you feel incredibly refreshed~~~ 🌶️Braised Kidney Cutlets🌶️ My favorite part is the sizzling, hot, and tender pork belly that comes out of the wok in just over 10 seconds. The kidney slices are spicy and crispy, each piece coated in red oil, making them incredibly appetizing. The oily aroma and crispness hit you right in the mouth, and you can't stop eating them! 🥢 🍨Peanut Shaved Ice🍨 Who would have thought I'd fall in love with a dessert from a Sichuan restaurant?⁉️ The peanut flavor is incredibly rich, and the peanuts are sprinkled throughout. It's so well made! 👏 The shaved ice is completely ice-free, and once melted, it's like a refreshing peanut butter McFlurry. Delicious! 😋
The overall atmosphere was quite nice, with plenty of space. Since we were at the last minute, we hurriedly ordered a few dishes. Spicy Boiled Fish: Not as good as my previous experience at Sun Moon Light. It was mostly bones, with very little meat, but the flavor was still the same. Stir-fried Kidney: The kidney was a bit fishy, not as good as the stir-fried pig throat. Geleshan Spicy Chicken: There was a lot of chili, but very little chicken. The chicken was missing from the chili peppers, and the flavor was just average, not as good as my own. Bok Choy and Tofu Casserole: Very average, no comment. Twice-Cooked Pork: Not bad, went well with rice, and the chili peppers were also quite tasty. Vegetables: Average. Summary: After eating the fish fillet, you can ask the restaurant to grind the chili peppers into chili peppers and take them home. Personally, I think Sun Moon Light is the best in terms of both ingredients and service. The experience at the Lujiazui Financial Center location wasn't as good.
I went to Tianla with some friends from Chengdu for Sichuan cuisine, and they praised it as being better than most Sichuan restaurants in Chengdu. Firstly, the ingredients are high-quality and the prices are reasonable, which is why it's always packed. The stone pot bullfrog was amazing. The oil was bubbling when it arrived; the boiled beef was cooked in fresh hot oil, which was particularly appetizing; the pork liver was incredibly tender and generously prepared. The service was also excellent, with waiters constantly coming to refill tea.
Let's go to the Tianla Lujiazui Center branch~ The boiled black fish and bean sprouts were partially blackened~ The hot pot bullfrog, this time, the potato slices were mostly blackened, and a few were burnt. They were oilier than my previous visit~ Tianla Bobo Chicken + Arctic Ocean Chicken + Rice There's a tea fee for these days, 3 yuan per person.
