When Shake Shack first opened in Xintiandi, business was really booming. People had to line up before the store opened at 11 a.m., and they could pre-select burger varieties by looking at the menu in advance. The taste was really good. I had high hopes for the branch in Grand Gateway 66 when it was being renovated, but after it opened, I felt that the taste was obviously not as good as the branch in Xintiandi, and the flavor was also relatively poor. After the opening of Qiantan Taikoo Li, I saw Shake Shack opened on the ground floor of the wooden area, at the entrance to the mall passage. However, the outdoor tropical forest-style decoration made the store look much shorter and not eye-catching from a distance. Instead, the Tong Ren Tang coffee shop upstairs was shining with gold and particularly dazzling. The indoor space is large and the atmosphere is green. The burgers are better than the branch in Grand Gateway 66, but the business is just average. After all, there are many restaurants and choices here, especially the desserts are too high in calories, so you can only eat them occasionally. Come on a sunny day, otherwise it feels very dark and uncomfortable. Maybe few people use the discount method of some third-party platforms, the waiters are not familiar with it, and they don’t understand their own business well enough.

The two Shake Shack experiences were both under abnormal circumstances. 1️⃣ The first time was a community group purchase, and there were only two sets, a double beef burger with fries, or a single beef burger with fries. I bought the single, the burger was really delicious, and the fries were average. 2️⃣ This time when I went to the store, I could only take out or sit at the door to eat, and I couldn't eat in the store. I got the set in about 2 minutes, which is too fast. Compared with double burgers, can I say that I prefer single [naughty]. Double beef has more meat, so it will be fatter and saltier than single, but the sauce is not as much as single. French fries are more delicious with cheese fries!
