I have eaten at many "Shilu" restaurants and have always liked the Huaiyang cuisine. When I came to CapitaLand Jingcui, I found that I always had to wait for a table to eat in the restaurant. I was alone, so I took the initiative to choose "one person meal to go". The main dish I chose, sweet and sour pork, was the most appetizing. I ate the whole set cleanly.

On any Shanghai culinary journey, a visit to the star-studded Black Pearl restaurant is a must-do, and Shilu, located on bustling Xujiahui Road, is a must-see. Stepping into Shilu, you'll embark on a feast of Huaiyang charm and Shanghainese innovation. The vegetable-wrapped lion's head is refreshing and elegant, perfectly blending the aroma of meat and vegetables. The avocado and lobster tart offers layered flavors and a creative twist. The hot dishes are even more exciting: the signature dish, the braised dried bean curd, boasts a rich broth and showcases expertly crafted cuts; the orange-flavored flame-cooked duck is a tableside spectacle, overflowing with orange fragrance and a visual and palate-pleasing feast. Most memorable are the ingeniously crafted sculptures. The dragon-bearded fish is vibrantly colored and delicious, while the fish leaping over the dragon gate is so realistic it's hard not to want to chop.
