M14***41After getting used to Lanzhou beef noodles and Henan beef ramen, the curry beef noodles at Yongfeng Noodle House feel pretty good. Although the soup base is very oily, it is still very delicious. The beef noodles and soup are ok. The spicy pickled mustard greens and braised eggs are just average. The price feels a bit expensive, but the environment in the store is pretty good. The snow rolls given for checking in have a taste of childhood.

The delicious memory of the old town, which has long become a thing of the past, has finally returned to the streets of the city. Check in at [Yongfeng Noodle House]✅ 👉 Like the old shop on Ji'an Road, the newly returned [Yongfeng Noodle House] still has authentic halal flavor and only sells various types of beef and mutton. 👉 The bone broth is clear and translucent, with a small amount of curry added for flavoring, with distinct layers but not greasy. 👉 My foodie friends were instantly attracted by the noodles and started explaining on the spot the chewy and stringy appearance of the square noodles, as well as the smooth and chewy taste. 👉 The signature [Braised Beef Noodles] is delicious enough, but the [Braised Lamb Noodles] is also excellent. The quality of the lamb is much better than that of most ancient towns and streets! 👉 I was just a step late, and the last 1⃣️ bowl of [Beef Wontons] of the day was snatched away by the previous diner, crying like a storm😭😭 👉 It is not inferior to the same [Sesame Sauce Noodles] of a certain old brand. It is really amazing and also heals the sadness of not being able to eat the wontons~
The environment is very clean, the noodles are delicious, the soup is a la carte, there is no free soup
Yongfeng Noodle House (Hankou Road Branch) has been on my list for a while. I stopped by for lunch on a weekday to check it out. I haven't been to the old branch, and the new one was a bit disappointing. Braised beef noodles, poached egg, pickled vegetables. I bought the set meal as part of a 48 yuan group buy. The braised beef was just average. The poached egg was runny, but since it's not a raw egg, it's better to keep it a bit runny. The noodles were average and a bit firm. The biggest problem was that they were very salty. Several diners at the restaurant complained about the saltiness. One man even asked the waiter to pour some hot water on his noodles, saying it would make them less salty... There's a red 2024 Michelin sign posted at the door, but I did a search and found this restaurant wasn't on the list.
They say Shanghainese people are the best at eating noodles, and Nanjing East Road boasts a classic Shanghai restaurant, Yongfeng Noodle House, that's sure to satisfy your carb-craving cravings. 🍜Braised Beef Noodles🍜 The rich, savory beef broth coats the noodles with a rich aroma, and the warmth makes it even more appealing the more you eat. Three generously sliced shanks, each beautifully textured and connected, make for a truly satisfying bowl! 🍝Beef Tongue Noodles🍝 The amber-colored noodles are bursting with scallion fragrance, while the thinly sliced tongue is tender and chewy, leaving you with an unexpectedly satisfying slurp. I highly recommend adding the chili sauce🌶️. The red oil-smothered potatoes and dried tofu are truly worthy of their Michelin-starred status for two consecutive years! So authoritative! The terrace offers a panoramic view of the Bund, perfect for enjoying the night view after a satisfying meal🌃
