Tucked away in a garden in the heart of the city, this Western restaurant, attached to a hotel, features French fine dining, adapted to suit Chinese palates. It's a delightful summer afternoon brunch. Every dish was delicious. The roasted pork belly and scrambled eggs were both beautiful and delicious. The pork belly was generous and tender, and the scrambled eggs were similar, paired with a unique sauce and potatoes, making them incredibly flavorful. The 🍌 toast with ice cream for dessert was a perfect finishing touch. #ShanghaiFoodExploration #ModuBrunch #InfluencerCheck-inSpot #RecommendThisTreasureRestaurant #MonthlySpecialPlan
🌈I found another great place for sister gatherings👏It's also great for taking photos. The atmosphere is really so so so so good👏 🍃Walking into the cafe, I was instantly attracted by the warm lighting and simple old money style design. The open kitchen and dining area are spacious and comfortable, and every corner is suitable for taking photos. The waiter is warm and considerate, patiently recommends signature dishes, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful throughout the whole process. 👅The dishes are even more surprising! [Heart] Tempura abalone with roasted pepper sauce is a must-try. The abalone is tender and tender, wrapped in a crispy tempura coat, paired with a secret roasted pepper sauce, salty and slightly spicy, rich in layers; [Heart] The sea fishing big pipe is extremely fresh, the meat is chewy and firm, and simple seasoning is delicious enough [Heart] The Wagyu barbecued pork uses fat and lean fillet, which is soft and tender in the mouth, and the rich meat aroma is paired with a unique sauce, which makes people unable to stop eating one bite after another. 💖Whether you want to have a small gathering with friends or enjoy a good meal alone, Café Chan is the perfect choice. From the environment to the dishes, every detail is full of sincerity and is definitely worth visiting! #美食旬味会 #浪漫约会餐厅 #夏日美食探店 #網红店 爆涼友圈的網名店 #朋友圈被问的地方
Tai'an Road is a lesser-known street in Shanghai, but that doesn't diminish its unique charm. Lane 115, Tai'an Road, in particular, has a unique charm. 🍃 This former quiet, old-style garden lane is now home to a coffee shop and restaurant, yet the original architectural style has been preserved. Every corner of this restaurant is meticulously designed, exuding French elegance. It's hard not to want to take photos and check in. The dimly lit atmosphere is perfect for dates or chatting, and since there aren't many diners, it's not too noisy. All dishes are prepared fresh, one after another, with just the right amount of time between them. You won't have to wait too long, ensuring the quality and a sense of ceremony. 🍃Tempura Abalone with Roasted Pepper Sauce: The abalone is thick, juicy, and firm, while the batter has a slightly crisp texture without being overpowering. The roasted pepper sauce offers a savory and spicy flavor. 🍃Burrata Salad: The burrata has a rich, creamy flavor, with a solid mozzarella outer layer and a semi-fluid interior of curds and cream. Paired with fresh vegetables and a vinaigrette, it's sour and even refreshing. 🍃Sea Fishing Squid: The squid is excellent quality, served whole, and the sweet and sour sauce is very appetizing. Despite being seafood, it had absolutely no fishy smell. The squid was crispy and bouncy, and the accompanying mussels were also quite good. 🍃Wagyu BBQ Pork: The pink color of the meat clearly indicated its tenderness, with a slightly charred exterior. I didn't enjoy dipping it in sauce, but rather the umami-sweetness of the beef itself. If you find the flavor bland, they also added salt. 🍃Mango Sago & Sweet Potato Sorbet: The mango 🥭 and pomelo pulp were both very sweet, while the sweet potato sorbet was strawberry 🍓 served with ice cream. I personally preferred the mango sago. If you prefer a light drink, their dishes pair well with various red wines 🍷 to embark on a romantic journey 🔛. #FoodFestival #RomanticDateRestaurant #AfternoonTeaForLooks #LocalFood #RestaurantWithScenicView
The chill of spring brings back memories of an afternoon dinner with friends at Canfa a few days ago. We were deeply impressed by several dishes featuring small redfish, native to the cold, pristine waters of Canada's North Atlantic. With its distinctive reddish-orange appearance and delicate size, this Canadian redfish, unlike traditional wild-caught fish, is surprisingly light-bodied, its white flesh lacking in excess oil. It's jokingly called the ocean's "fit fish." Chef Jimmy, formerly of Michelin-starred restaurants TRB and Tai'anmen, has developed a keen interest in Western cuisine despite his background in Chinese cuisine. A crispy dish of braised Canadian redfish with sea treasures and charcoal-grilled seafood, using both tempura and charcoal grilling techniques, perfectly captures the unique character of redfish. The sweet potato sorbet had a hint of mango, and after double-checking that it was just sweet potato, I reached for my spoon even more frequently. Qingyuan's fried chicken with rice is grilled at a Western low temperature, allowing the flavors of various spices to infuse the chicken. This pot of fried chicken with rice is a delight brought by carbohydrates. The "Canadian Redfish - Spring Feast" event is currently running at Canfa Yuefa from March 31st to April 15th. For a limited time, guests can enjoy redfish from the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Canada. #CanadianRedfish##NewBrunswick#GulfofSt.Lawrence#WildAtlanticRedfish#ShanghaiSpringDishes#SpringFeast#
