"Shunfeng Shunshui Shunde Cuisine" Longhua Store is located on the B1 floor of Poly Time, No. 230 Ruiping Road, Xuhui Binjiang Block. It is an open sunken square with an elegant and beautiful environment. Seven people ordered cold dishes: signature shrimp sashimi (the remaining shrimp heads are used as a dish, typhoon shelter shrimp heads), boneless crucian carp, cold fish skin, barbecued pork and roasted pork, cold tribute vegetables; hot dishes: gold medal crispy pigeon, honey beef ribs, dry fried shrimp cakes, Buddha jumps over the wall, peanut sprouts fried beef fillet, stir-fried Guangdong cabbage heart; staple food, Biaoge cured meat clay pot rice, Fangcun fried beef river; dessert: double skin milk; beverage: peach gum coconut milk. "Lunjiao Cake" The cake is quite big, but too sweet. I feel a little greasy after eating one piece. The price of one portion is also relatively expensive. "Shunde Double Skin Milk" has a strong milky flavor. It is not cold when it is served, which is good. Shunde Yellow Eel Casserole. When ordering, the waiter reminded us that this dish has a crispy texture. We planned to try it. It was actually okay. The yellow eel is quite thick, and there are garlic cloves underneath. We originally planned to eat sea urchin dumplings, but we saw Shunfeng Shunshui on the way, so we decided to turn back and eat here. It turned out that I had collected this restaurant a long time ago. I always remembered that there was a Shunde restaurant in Poly Time, but I just couldn’t remember the name.
