The legendary butterfly cake I was watching the Notre Dame exhibition upstairs, and this shop was downstairs. I remembered that I had just taken out a few two days ago. I would be wasting the parking fee if I didn’t come in to buy a few when I arrived at the door. @ The shop is not big, and there are quantity and time restrictions for buying butterfly cakes. Each person has five per day, and they are sold once in the morning and afternoon. There are many sofa seats in the lobby on the first floor where you can have afternoon tea or sit with the purchase receipt. I thought about it and bought it first and then went to see the exhibition. I found that this was a wise decision. Although it was a bit inconvenient, I found that it had been sold out long ago after I came down. The butterfly cake is very big, crispy, fragrant and delicious.

The bakery is decorated in bright red and black, with "La Boutique de Joel Robuchon" simply written on the wall. I bought desserts at the door. The prices were not particularly expensive, but they were certainly not cheap either. A small cake cost 68 yuan, and a butterfly pastry cost 26 yuan. The butterfly pastries were particularly large.

This shop covers a large area, and there is an even larger afternoon tea space in the lobby on the first floor. I guess I arrived at the wrong time and didn't see anyone. The shop is full of bright red and black tones. I don't know why Robuchon is translated as "Monkey Bear". Look, there are two "Monkey Bears", a man and a woman, standing in the shop. They are so cute. There are a variety of bread and desserts to choose from. I especially like their lemon pie, although it is a bit sour. The little one prefers cakes such as the Opera House. There are also many macarons to choose from, but I didn't try them because I was afraid they were too sweet. Overall, it feels like a pretty good Western dessert bakery. The prices are within an acceptable range and not too expensive. The invoices are on paper, so they are a little slower to open.

Parking is difficult, so I rarely go there. I was invited upstairs for lunch that time, and upon entering the building, I saw a long line outside the shop. It turned out they were waiting for the tartlets to come out of the oven, and they were limited to five per person. These people really have so much free time. Sure enough, after lunch, I went downstairs to check it out. You can buy tartlets without waiting in line, though the limit is five. I tried two and gave them to my classmates when I got home. They were very good. They also have a wide variety of other products, including a lot of merchandise.
