The last time I ate at Shucheng Alley was before the epidemic. As the hot pot restaurant I used to frequent, the dining experience this time was not satisfactory~~~The signature barbecue and beef are still good, but the bullfrog is much smaller than before. The service in the restaurant is not bad, but the hygiene is worse than before, which is a bit disappointing!!!
I bought a set meal and took my mom to eat there. It's not far from home, and there's an external elevator to the restaurant. The environment is good, and I chose a seat by the window, but that seat is at the corner, there's no air conditioning, and it was so hot in the back. The taste is good, and the marbled beef is super delicious. I just want to talk about aprons, either give out disposable ones, or wash the ones that are used repeatedly, they're too dirty.
The hot pot sauces at each restaurant are different. I prefer Sichuan hot pot, which is down-to-earth and heavy. This restaurant is said to be very popular. It was my first time here and it looked really good. The taste was OK, nothing bad.
I've been eating at this hotpot restaurant for almost 10 years. The price, taste and service are all good. My favorite is the Sunshine Fresh Meat, which is very tender and smooth. The signature bullfrog is very big. I can eat three or four at a time! ! ! ! I can't stop eating it! ! !
