This new French restaurant, which opened late last year, is located in the iconic Old Jin Jiang Hotel in Shanghai. It&#39;s a place steeped in history and nostalgia, perfectly fitting the romantic aesthetic of French cuisine.

The restaurant&#39;s ambiance is stunning. The soaring ceiling, at least three stories high, offers stunning views. The large, latticed glass windows give it a European feel. There&#39;s no mistaking the French cuisine here. The decor is simple and sophisticated, yet full of detail and thoughtful considerations, meeting the standards of a great restaurant.

The menu is quite extensive, moving away from the traditional, purely set-like setting. Today&#39;s European-style fine dining is becoming more and more similar to our mainland cuisine, at least in terms of style. If you like the presentation, just give it a try.
