The first time I ate Tianla was at Global Harbor. My impression of this restaurant was that there were queues and queues. I remember that I went to get it before watching a movie. I still queued after watching the movie. After eating a meal, I felt that other dishes except bullfrog did not leave a particularly deep impression. This time I came to Joy City and saw this restaurant and there was no queue, so I came to eat. The storefront of this Joy City restaurant does not seem to be as big as the one in Global Harbor, and the decoration style is similar. Since returning from Chengdu, my ability to eat spicy food has begun to improve. I don’t feel that Sichuan cuisine and maocai are particularly spicy. The service is good. Each person will have a piece of sliced ​​bread to absorb oil. The frequency of changing bone dishes is quite high. It would be better if the frequency of changing bread slices can be increased. As expected, there is no need to wait for a table at noon. Four colleagues and I came together and we were craving for spicy food. We ordered basically all the signature dishes. Our favorite stone pot raw bullfrog was indeed tender and tasty. My colleague can't eat spicy food very well, so we also chose sauerkraut fish fillet. Unexpectedly, the taste was very good, sour and sweet, and there were thin vermicelli in the soup, which was very chewy and could be used as a staple food. The taste of Bobo Chicken is more in line with the public, not spicy at all, and the sesame paste is very fragrant. There are also bamboo shoots at the bottom, which is a special appetizer. There is also a vegetable salad with sesame paste, which my colleague who loves to chew grass can't put down. For the staple food, we still chose mushroom rice. The rice grains are very crispy after being fried, and the rice is eaten hot with the mushroom soup base. The last dessert after the meal is peanut shaved ice, which I couldn't stop eating. I personally feel that this Tianla restaurant is very good in terms of taste and service, and it is worth considering for gatherings.
