[Taste] Signature fish head soup: The fish soup is delicious without earthy taste;
Drunken hairy crab with Huadiao wine: The roe is like solidified fat, and the meat is firm and delicious, worth trying!

I first came to eat at the Yiguhui Jing'an Kerry Center restaurant two or three years ago. I had a very good impression of it, especially the beef, which was very tender and had no residue at all. The other dishes were also good. I don't know if the chef was changed this time, but it was completely different from the original experience. The service was very good.
The environment is great (although the lobby is a bit noisy), and the night view outside the big window is as beautiful as in a TV series. The price is a little expensive. My girlfriend and I ordered a set meal plus a pot of tea for 800 yuan, but the taste is really good! Fish soup, curry fried crab, shrimp balls are all super delicious. You get what you pay for. It's really delicious.
Kerry Center is full of fancy things. My friend likes this fish head soup so we came here... First of all, of course, we ordered the fish head soup that my friend had been craving for. After a pot was served, the waiter would help to divide it. Eating fish meat is not the main thing. There is also tofu in it. The fish soup is very fresh and thick, but I don’t think it is the kind that is made with MSG, because after drinking it, you won’t feel dry mouth and want to drink water. I like the shrimp and lotus root cake very much. The shrimp meat is very chewy and the cheese is also very sufficient. It is very satisfying to take a bite! The ordinary braised pork is also very good, very flavorful, large pieces, mostly lean meat, with skin, which is exactly what I like. The skin and fur are also handled very cleanly, and there are two eggs in it. It’s the first time to eat lobster meat rice, but it’s much better than I thought. The fried rice soaked in it is crispy and fragrant, very delicious. The fried tofu is quite good. Tea is charged separately. When ordering, there is a waiter whose professional level needs to be improved.
Yiguhui Shanghainese cuisine is really delicious~ This restaurant is located near Jing'an Temple, which is quiet in the bustling city. When you walk into the restaurant, you will see that the environment is elegant, comfortable, bright and spacious. The decoration is low-key but stylish and romantic! The taste is great~ The fish soup is delicious and not fishy, milky white~ Delicious!
Let me recommend a restaurant I ate at recently, Yiguhui. The 13-spice radish beef brisket is very tasty, the top-quality beef brisket is tender and the radish is refreshing. Crispy golden chicken, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Fried lotus root cake with cheese and shrimp, the lotus root cake is crispy and fragrant, the shrimp meat is delicious, and the cheese is full when you take a bite, remember to dip it in the sauce! Thick soup baby cabbage, fresh and delicious, rich soup, baby cabbage is crisp and delicious. Stone pot silver cod fish rice, a must-order staple food in their restaurant, the cod meat is full, the rice grains are distinct, and the sauce is just right for the cod and rice [love you]. The signature fish head soup, the soup is milky white, the taste is rich, and the fish meat is also very smooth and delicate.
The "Golden Crispy Chicken" is probably the best chicken I've had recently! The skin is crispy, the meat is tender inside, and the chunks are incredibly generous. It's delicious even without any sauce. I declare that the squab I've been obsessed with this holiday is instantly eclipsed by this... The "Baby Cabbage Soup" is truly a rich soup! It's a bit like the base of a fish maw and chicken hot pot. The baby cabbage is also fresh and incredibly tender! The "Slow-Cooked Beef" is the last dish, the grand finale, and comes with one portion per person, three in total. The beef is supposedly Wagyu? It's crispy, tender, and yet slightly chewy. Someone said it's even better than the Ishigaki beef we had on Ishigaki Island! We were already stuffed, but we couldn't stop eating. The only downside is that it's a bit salty. It's been ages since I've been to such an amazing restaurant. Simple dishes can create unforgettable flavors. Yigu is definitely worth a second visit!
