yccuiThe capital of food, the capital of charm🤩🤩🤩Check in another creative Jiangnan cuisine—Yema·Benwei Jiangnan (Jing'an Kerry Center Store), which is a plus for dating👍👍👍
🌟Highlights:
Jiangnan style cuisine, both beautiful and delicious, I have to say that the chef really brings out the exquisiteness of Chinese food to the fullest
A simple dish of pine nut amaranth, the fragrance of pine nuts and the unique fragrance of amaranth are just right, the breath of spring is so simple😝
👍Most recommended:
Various seafood is naturally a must. The oil from the East China Sea brings good ingredients and tastes perfect.
The fresh river shrimp and crispy smoked pomfret are also delicious. Paired with exquisite plating, you can't stop
But the most amazing thing is this marbled beef. The high-quality beef is stewed and well-flavored. The beef juice bursts out in one bite. It's delicious [Tiptop][Tiptop][Tiptop]
Elegant environment, considerate service, and comfortable eating

I came here because of its reputation. The dishes here are very good looking and tasty. The photos I took are all very nice. The flavor of each dish is very strong, but some are too salty. My favorite is the braised pork with abalone. The abalone is very big and there is a lot of braised pork. The remaining gravy and rice are also very delicious. The three-fresh soup is also very delicious. The eel slices are also very strong, but a little small.
The seats are very small and it's hard to sit down. But the food is delicious. Every dish is tasty. The braised pork with abalone and bamboo shoots is very cost-effective. There are several big abalones and a lot of braised pork, which tastes good. The eel in the stone pot garlic eel is very small and not much. Several vegetarian dishes are also delicious.
I've been eyeing this restaurant for a long time. It's close to home, but I have to queue up every time during mealtime, which I don't want to do. I tried my luck once after 1:30 and was seated directly without waiting. You must order the hairtail fish with wine aroma. I really like the taste. You can eat it while it's hot and still feel the crispness of the fish. The steamed crab with pickled bones is a bit salty, but the taste is also praised by everyone. The spicy abalone and Huadiao drunken shrimp for cold dishes are delicious, but not outstanding. I can make them myself. The pickled vegetables, cuttlefish and dried bamboo shoots are really good with rice. They are a bit spicy. I almost wanted to pack another portion to take home. Later, I went there again for a gathering with my girlfriends. This is the most satisfying one I've eaten recently!
The cafe is quiet and has a bar-like atmosphere. The beer menu, combined with the restaurant's wall decor and traditional Chinese paintings (cranes), creates a truly antique atmosphere. The location is easy to find, just down the escalator you'll find yourself at Ye Ma's main entrance. The restaurant itself isn't very spacious, so seating isn't a big deal. It's ideal for a group of four; larger groups might be a bit rushed. They only accept reservations for groups of six or more; everyone else needs to get a number on-site. [Cake] Classic Yellow Croaker Rice Cake: The flavor is excellent, not too salty, and the fish flavor is well-retained. The rice cake is rich and fragrant, soaked in the aroma of the fish and the sauce, and is incredibly chewy. The portion size of the fish and rice cake is surprisingly small! The only downside: Sea Urchin Stone Pot Tofu: It's very fragrant and has a nice burnt aroma, but I think the chef made it too thick, perhaps with too much starch. If it's even slightly cold, it becomes clumpy. It's great served hot with rice, but it's not very tasty when it's cold. I wouldn't recommend it highly. You can try it. It's not as good as the one I had in Wuxi. Foie gras with scallion pancake: I personally don't like it because the foie gras tastes weird. It feels like there's wine in it. It doesn't taste like foie gras at all. [Knock] I can't get used to it. The scallion pancake is just so-so. Not recommended [Knock] Fried fresh meat wontons: This is OK. Just fry the wontons in oil. You can make it at home. You can order one to try. [666] Jiangnan slow-cooked veal ribs: This is highly recommended. It's very delicious. The beef is very fragrant. The portion is not big. "Little!!!" is still little. There are only 6 pieces of meat. Not many pieces. [Emm] Plum tomatoes: This is good. It's suitable for summer. It's refreshing and not too sour. Appetizer GOOD Pine nut olives and green beans: This is OK. The sauce and the side dishes are too thick. The olives and pine nuts become a lump. The taste is good. I've noticed this place is particularly fond of thickening their dishes, and the sauce is incredibly thick. The flavor is pretty good, but the portions are incredibly small. Absolutely disgusting! [sweat] The prices aren't cheap, and I feel bad for my friend's wallet! [split] But given the location, I understand. For the portion size and the price... I hope they don't use thickening on everything, or overdo it. There are only six fried wontons, and they're all individually priced anyway. [split] Overall, I wouldn't come back a second time; it wasn't a huge hit. Reviews say it's number one, but I don't think it's the best. Maybe the price is the problem. I came to try it for a friend's birthday. [jump jump]
Let's go to the Ye Ma Ben Wei Jiangnan Jing'an Kerry Center branch! This popular restaurant, originally from Hangzhou, still has a line at lunchtime. The classic yellow croaker and rice cake stew: large, flavorful chunks of yellow croaker, and a glutinous, chewy rice cake. The downside is the seasoning is a bit too salty. The Hangzhou-style sweet and sour pork ribs were overcooked and overly battered, making them unpalatable. The Sichuan style shrimp and sliced noodles were a bit soft. The fast service is a plus, but the dishware wasn't cleaned properly, and some seats were leaking and unsuitable.
