如烟如雾This Lanzhou ramen is so easy to find. It's right next to the Zhenping Road subway station. You can see it at a glance when you come out of Exit 3 of the subway. The store is the first one next to the road, so the flow of people is quite large. Their Lanzhou ramen is quite authentic, the soup is very rich and tastes very flavorful, the noodles are also very chewy, elastic and delicious, and the fried cakes are very soft and not bad. I have eaten here many times with my colleagues and I recommend everyone to come here. It is indeed a good place to eat noodles.

Friends gathered and booked a private room on the 3rd floor. Minimum consumption per person 200 yuan. The store recommended the lamb neck, which was very tender and unique. The lamb skewers on wicker skewers were quite authentic, but the wicker skewers had to be recycled (a bit ~~). In addition to mutton and beef, the desserts were also good, and the vegetarian dishes were average. I came here to experience eating meat!!!
It was my first time to eat at Dunhuang Building, which is on the second floor. There was a Bank of Communications credit card event on Friday. There were really a lot of dishes on the second floor, but most people ate beef and mutton. There were many special dishes, and the lamb skewers were a must-order. There were two kinds, both of which were delicious!
Hand-Pulled Lamb The lamb was tender and had no hint of mutton. A simple dip of chili powder was enough to make it delicious. Grilled Lamb Skewers There's actually not much difference between grilling it on a red willow grill or using iron skewers; the iron skewers are enough! The lamb was grilled to a smoky, smoky aroma, sprinkled with large cumin seeds. The oil bursts out with every bite, leaving a mouthful of flavor without being greasy. Pickled Pepper Fish Skin I ordered this cold dish casually, and it was surprisingly delicious. The fish skin was chewy and paired with the spicy pickled peppers, without any fishy smell. Stir-fried Lamb Offal The ingredients were generous and the noodles were cleanly prepared, leaving the dish with its own wok-cooked aroma. Beef Ramen I prefer thicker noodles, so I ordered the thinner ones. Lanzhou beef noodles basically hit the mark with the clear, white, red, green, and yellow flavors. With each bite of noodles and a sip of soup, the spicy oil made me sweat slightly, and I felt completely refreshed after finishing the meal. Sweet embryo It's actually fermented glutinous rice and oatmeal. If you like the texture of fermented glutinous rice and oatmeal, just order it and you're done. Stir-fried wide noodles The noodles were consistently chewy, but I wasn't particularly fond of the topping. Overall, if you're looking for delicious and affordable Northwestern cuisine in Shanghai, Dunhuanglou is a good choice. However, compared to other restaurants in the Northwest, the prices are still quite high, and the food is inevitably loaded with MSG. If I had the chance, I'd really love to fly to the Northwest to eat there.
Yixiang Dunhuanglou is a Hui-style snack shop near the Zhenping Road subway station. The food here is incredibly authentic, especially the ramen broth, which is absolutely delicious. The lamb is also very good; I ordered a few skewers and they were truly delicious. It can get crowded during mealtimes, but since there's plenty of seating, you'll be seated quickly.
Dunhuang Building is a very famous halal restaurant in Shanghai. The first floor is for snacks, such as noodles, steamed buns, beef noodles, cold skin, etc., and upstairs is for food, all of which are halal. The first floor is more popular. Their noodles are said to be the most authentic Lanzhou ramen in Shanghai, and the noodles come in many different widths. The beef noodle soup base is quite delicious, and the extra beef is relatively cheap, with only 4 pieces in total. The steamed buns taste good, and the price per person is 30 yuan, which is a good deal.
