Friends who have returned from Japan all say it tastes just like what they had in Japan. My favorite is the sirloin; the color and texture are beautiful. Within seconds of being placed on the grill, there's a sizzling sound of oil splattering. After grilling, it's juicy, rich, and incredibly tender. Seafood uses prawns in its barbecued pork. I was surprised by how different the texture is after grilling. The meat is firm and chewy, with a lightly smoky flavor. It's addictive. The milk pudding for dessert is smooth and rich, melting in your mouth.
The restaurant is convenient for friends who drive there. Free parking vouchers with a minimum purchase. The decor is quite Japanese. They have private rooms like tatami mats, which feel intimate. Organic vegetable salad: sweet and sour; an appetizer; a great way to fill your stomach. Selected beef tongue: A must-order at this barbecue restaurant; thin, marinated, and perfectly crispy. Selected pork belly beef: The texture is remarkably good; high quality; mouth-watering; not grainy; springy; amazing! The meat marinated in a jar; I can't miss it for a strong flavor; no dipping sauce required. Grilled beef intestines: I've always loved large intestines; the waiter grilled them for us; we couldn't quite eat much of them; some of the oil had been roasted off; not greasy, not fishy, and chewy.
