勤奋努力小夹子I love the food here. The taste is amazing. The fried noodles are chewy and not sticky. The pork ribs are also very tasty. The fried noodles with eggs are so fragrant. There is always a long queue in the store, but it is really worth the queue to try it.

Shangrao people's favorite thing is rice noodles. Sharing 10 noodle shops I've eaten at countless times!! People always ask me which rice noodles are best in Shangrao. Here are a few I frequent. Everyone's welcome to try them! 👏 1️⃣ Yang Ping Noodle Shop Make sure to go with the one on Nanmen Road. Yang Ping herself makes them herself! The pork liver and shredded pork noodles are amazing! 2️⃣ Dijing Rice Noodles I often go to the Dijing one. The rice noodles here have a unique texture—thick and chewy, with a rich scallion aroma. 3️⃣ Qianshan Hot Noodles This neighborhood noodle shop on Dajingtou Road has a wide variety of free side dishes, is incredibly fresh, and has incredibly smooth rice noodles! 4️⃣ Yijiaren Noodle Shop The fried noodles are oily and have a nice, crispy aroma, making them even more delicious. 5️⃣ Santongsha Fried Noodles This place near the Red Bund has delicious fried noodles with beef chops! One bowl is incredibly satisfying. 6️⃣ Liu Laowu Noodle Shop A friend highly recommended their pork liver. It's truly delicious, with a tender and crispy texture. (Just make sure you don't go too late; the texture changes when an uncle makes it in the morning and an aunt makes it later.) 7️⃣ Fatty's Pork Bone Noodles Their fried dough stick noodles are incredibly popular! They taste like birthday noodles, but fried. They're incredibly fragrant and oily, quite unique.
