Thanks to Ctrip for recommending such an authentic Tibetan restaurant. It's very good👍It's much better than those restaurants in the ancient city. I recommend Matsutake sashimi and fried pork ribs👍The boss is also very Buddhist and gave some professional advice. The environment is also very quiet, clean and comfortable. It's the happiest and most comfortable meal I've had since coming to Shangri-La🌟
Very delicious Tibetan food, delicious yak meat, fragrant butter tea, sweet and sour milk residue ~ and corn cakes [Taste] First-class [Environment] Very strong Tibetan characteristics [Service] The boss and the boss lady are very warm and hospitable Third time here Even eating alone is very good
I first came to this restaurant in 2017, and I have been a frequent visitor since then. The dishes here are suitable for tastes from all over the country. The restaurant is located opposite the Shangri-La Bus Station, with very convenient transportation. [Taste] Great [Environment] Great [Service] Great The boss is very nice and down-to-earth. The dishes are also delicious. Every time I come here, the boss recommends them. It is good not to order dishes by myself, because I have a fear of choice. I will continue to patronize in the future.
A very good Tibetan restaurant. Every time I come to Shangri-La, I will come to Caifan. The owner is very enthusiastic and the people are very nice. The dishes are improved Tibetan cuisine, which almost meets the tastes of people from all over the country, which is rare. [Taste] Great [Environment] Great [Service] Great
I don't know how to comment on it, it's a matter of opinion! I imagine Tibetan food should be big chunks of meat and big bowls of barley wine, but the menu didn't give me that feeling. The butter tea was very light, and it felt like it was made with bagged butter tea in supermarkets, but the corn tortillas were really solid, and the portions were average. Based on its location (it's a tourist city after all), I think the price/performance ratio is average!
