I live in Shantang Street, next to Sun Shengxing. I come here in the morning to eat a bowl of hot Aozao noodles, which is very comfortable! 
The special Aozao noodles are the red soup I like, which is sweet and not greasy, sprinkled with a handful of chives, which is so fragrant. The noodles are relatively chewy and thin, smooth and delicious. The fried fish topping is also very big, slightly sweet and thick, and the taste is also very good. It is really very solid!

The crab meat is tender, sweet and smooth. The roe is yellow, plump and smooth, with a hint of Huadiao wine.

I skipped work for a day to eat three shrimp noodles in Suzhou. I was worried that Yu Noodles would be crowded, so I arrived after lunch, but it was still full and I had to share a table.
After ordering three shrimp noodles, a tray of six snacks will be served first, including braised pork, telecommunications, braised duck, etc.
The noodles and three shrimps are served separately and need to be stirred immediately. I ate them on my phone first after they were served, and did not stir them immediately, so the noodles were a little clumpy and lost the best taste. I also ordered a portion of eel paste, which was small in size but tasted great.
The overall service was still very enthusiastic. The location of the store is also very good, close to Shantang but not the most lively place.
