When you come to Tai&#39;an, you must eat pancakes with green onions. The green onions in Zhangqiu, Shandong are the best, but this one is definitely not. However, you must eat the pancakes (corn) in Tai&#39;an. They are well made and thin. I ate half of it and it tasted like green onions all day long, which made my fellow travelers miserable. This green onion is still a bit spicy. I will definitely never eat it again. It feels too cruel that people are avoiding me all day long.
Cabbage and tofu soup is also said to be a specialty of Tai&#39;an. I don&#39;t know what it means. This restaurant is generally good. The taste is not as delicate as the southern cuisine, but it has its own Shandong characteristics.

Their &quot;Spring Water Braised Pheasant&quot; is highly recommended; the chicken is firm and not tough, and the broth is incredibly fresh! The &quot;Wild Leek Stir-fried Eggs&quot; is also a must-try. The eggs are golden and fragrant, and the combination with the wild leeks is divine. 👍

The ambiance is truly exceptional! Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows face the mountains, offering a glimpse of a sea of clouds on sunny days and a breathtaking view of an ink painting on rainy days. Each private room is named after a solar term, a truly thoughtful touch.
