You must try this time-honored tofu pudding shop. There are many varieties of tofu pudding, including sweet, salty, and some with smoothie flavor. The smoothie one is more delicious, similar to eating ice cream.

I ate two tofu pudding restaurants in Tainan and one in Taipei. I think Xiu'an Bantan Tofu Pudding is the best. It's sweet and has a strong bean flavor. I was riding a bicycle to the night market and stopped to eat when I passed by. I only had a bowl of mixed tofu, which was not enough! I will try it next time if I have a chance to see if it is hot~
