We had lunch at Shanxi Restaurant. We called to make a reservation and then went downstairs to eat in another building in the compound. We were led to a room after entering the gate. There were about six or seven small tables inside. We ordered steamed meat (more noodles, tasted okay, but too salty), Wutaishan tofu meatballs (soup, the meatballs were probably fried tofu, they were very big, tasted okay), spinach sliced ​​noodles (normal), and kuoluoluo (too much for two people).

I stayed at the hotel specially for the authentic Jin cuisine. The delicious rice wine was warm and slightly sweet and fragrant! The roasted pig face was drizzled with special old vinegar, crispy and not greasy, the head was very authentic, the knife-cut noodles were kneaded and cut, the corn date cake and mutton siu mai were very delicious~
