QIAO TOU BAO

For my first meal in Tianjin, I specifically looked for this restaurant which I heard had a good reputation. I arrived at around 2:00 in the afternoon and there were still many people queuing. I waited for more than an hour and was served at around 4:00. The dishes were decent in size. The Eight Treasures Tofu was delicious with a wok aroma, the Laobao San was just so-so, and the eggplant was a bit crispy. It was okay at first, but I got a bit sick of it later. Overall it was okay.

I ordered their signature dish: Eight Treasures Tofu, and my favorite, Sautéed Frog Legs with Sauce. The portions were really big.

Fresh spring rolls dipped in peanut sauce instantly transport you to Saigon! A must-try for those who prefer lighter flavors! 5️⃣ Yue Ji Double Skin Milk 📍Address: No. 106 Binjiang Road, Heping District A paradise for double skin milk lovers! 🥛 The milky aroma is so rich it's almost unfair, every bite is pure bliss~ We recommend taking it away, it's so perfect to enjoy while shopping!
