Tiantaixuan Cantonese cuisine is pretty good and very exquisite. With Master Zhang in charge of Tianjin cuisine, it won&#39;t be bad. I was not disappointed. The color, aroma and taste are all good! The combination is quite pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend the Eight Treasures Tofu Pot. The ingredients are fresh, the processing is fine, and the cooking is exquisite. We ordered a roast duck, and it was, to be honest, of exceptional quality. The golden brown skin was crispy and slick with oil, and the sheen was enough to make our mouths water! We grabbed a warm pancake, placed two pieces of duck skin between them, and rolled it up with the noodle sauce and cucumber. We took a bite, and the meat was tender, not greasy, and the flavor was incredibly rich! It was truly fragrant... Savoring it slowly, it was a beautiful and refreshing experience. The only slight drawback was a slight burnt taste at the end, perhaps a slight overcooking, but it didn&#39;t detract from the overall experience at all!

Then we had a fish head, so generous that we both began to question our lives! The overall flavor was acceptable, though the texture of the fish was a bit lacking. However, it was still delicious when dipped in the soup. Paired with some pancakes, it was the perfect fish head and pancake-soaked treat!

The dumpling soup had a rich tomato flavor, and the dumplings were soft, chewy, and incredibly flavorful. I devoured several bowls in a row, feeling incredibly full!

Recommendation: The roast duck was incredibly delicious; the service was excellent; the portions were generous, perfect for family gatherings.

I went to the cocktail bar on the top floor of the hotel at night. The open-air balcony allows you to see the Oriental Pearl Tower up close. Now the Oriental Pearl Tower is not lit at night, so it is indeed not very beautiful. The atmosphere of the bar is very good, and the service is very good.
